• Anonymous analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, IPs or fingerprinting.

What we don't do

• No tracking cookies.
• No advertising pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• No selling, sharing or licensing your data to third parties.

Data storage

Application data lands in our internal Discord workspace and is kept only as long as needed to evaluate the application. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@influvera.io.

Influvera is a creator-marketing agency connecting online casinos with vetted content creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Kick. Specific scope, deliverables, and payment terms for any partnership are agreed in a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility

Creator applicants must be 18 or older and operate in jurisdictions where casino-related content is legally permitted. Casinos must be properly licensed in their target markets.

3. Compliance

All campaigns conducted via Influvera must comply with platform rules (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Kick), advertising standards in target markets, and applicable gambling-advertising regulations. We reserve the right to refuse, modify or terminate any campaign that does not meet these standards.

4. Liability

Influvera acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for casino payouts, winnings, or any direct relationship between creator audiences and casino brands. Our liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners via the email on file.

6. Governing law
